Adopt A Dog

Please, opt to adopt.

In order to adopt a dog, you must complete our adoption application and sign a Terms of Adoption Agreement. You may fill out the application on line, or down load it and mail it in. You must download the Terms of Adoption Agreement, sign it and mail to us. If you would like to fill out our adoption application on line and submit it, please click on the appropriate link below. If you would like to print an application out, fill it out, and mail it in, please click on the "printed version", fill it out, and mail it end to the address on the bottom of this page.

Beginning August 1 we are requiring a $15 application fee. You may mail it in with your application or pay via Pay Pal online. Once you fill out your application, you will get a thank you page with a link to PayPal to pay with your credit card. This fee is non-refundable, but will be applied towards your adoption fee.
