| Silhouette-he's not ready to go yet
He's housetrained, crate trained (will get in crate when told "kennel"), he's good with all the other dogs and with the cats (even the very nosy and very pushy Abbies!!). I suspect he'll be find with kids. He isn't a leaner--he's a leeeeaaaannnnner. He wants you to support his entire weight and can knock you over if you aren't prepared. He's affectionate and loves to be petted. He seems to attach to people quite quickly and easily--wants to follow you everywhere (and I mean everywhere)--a real velcro baby. He's still quite a bit underweight. He's doing fine so far with the heartworm treatment, but he is a heavy positive, so his treatment will be stretched out over a longer period of time. He isn't yet neutered (it's so weird to see a dog with those testicles still attached!!). He's pretty laid back, although we had him out to go potty earlier and Oscar and Tigger were out. They saw a bird or squirrel or something and took off after it. Mr. Silhouette decided he should join in the fun, so he's interested in chasing stuff in the yard. Luckily, we had him on leash, so he didn't take off on us. He's "okay" on a leash, but can be a bit tuggy, but not bad. If you tell him "no, no tug", he'll stop. If you say "no, let's go this way", he'll come along. He's had a blast exploring the house and the yard today. He looooovvvves treats and his food. No food aggression to people, but we've been feeding him in his crate, so don't know yet about any food aggression to other animals.
